GallantTM ICD solutions combine smartphone connection with long-lasting therapy and features that are simple to customise to fit the changing demands of your patients. Abbott wished to establish a knowledge-based platform where doctors and professionals could obtain product information at their convenience.

Gallant Virtual World is a product-based solution we designed for Abbott. The goal was to create a single knowledge centre or centralized platform that would educate doctors about the product and enable for live events to gather more information. Talk to an expert was a new feature that allowed doctors to communicate with a medical representative and learn more about the product and its features.
