Challenges:

FSSAI is an organization with massive operations through different stakeholders creating a very complex organizational structure. It was a challenge for the team to develop a holistic understanding of the organization in such a short span and representing every aspect of it in the given space, time and resources.

Solutions:

The design team refined the brief by conducting interviews and group discussions with various stakeholders. Based on this brief, the narrative arc and media were decided to represent each initiative. Mock-ups were created to iterate with feedback. The information and experience of by each exhibit were crafted to communicate not only that initiative but how it fits into the overall mandate of the organization.

Project Impact:

The experiential interactions with different initiatives in this space catalyze a holistic understanding of the organization among the visitors, which include important stakeholders. By equipping every visitor with this understanding, the organization is noticing a boost to effective collaboration across initiatives.
